We'll Always Have Paris - Part 2

The last bunch of photos from Paris is a mixture from a handful of days. This selection is a little more focused on the actual photography aspect of the trip.

Enjoy!

More moments from our trip to Versailles.

Sometimes nature produces the most spectacular things.

I thought this was one of the cutest things I'd ever seen. A sweet, little old woman was relaxing on a bench by herself with an umbrella. It was too adorable to not capture!

Get ready for a little story time...

Casually roaming the fields in Versailles...

When I spot a swan...

Who then proceeds to attack me...

And then my mom came in and saved me with her map!

My cousin, Roberto, joined my parents and I in Paris!

Admiring The Louvre.

Typical Kohler selfie.

Finally! The Eiffel Tower!!

Just hangin'.

We were terrified as we stood on this glass and looked down at all the tiny people under the tower!

My adorable parents <3

A brief pitstop at the Catacombs.

And finally, my favorite... The Eiffel Tower at night!

Skirt: Cotton On | Shirt: Forever 21 (old, similar, similar, similar) | Necklace: J.Crew (on sale!) | Lipstick: Mac Ruby Woo

I've waited my whole life for this moment :)

PERFECTION.

Paris was everything and more than I could have ever imagined. I already want to plan my next trip! Unlike where I'm from (particularly in NYC), life seemed so lax and easy going. You actually had time to stop and take a moment to appreciate life. Whereas over here everyone seems in a rush to get onto the next thing without even enjoying the present. Being able to sit down at a cafe and enjoy a cappuccino or a glass of wine was such a delight!

What's your favorite thing to do when you travel?

Paris Is Always A Good Idea - Part 1

It's finally here! A brief look into my trip to Paris (Switzerland coming up next). It took me forever and a day to sort through the thousands of pictures I took in order to get it down to a reasonable number to post -- and I still had to break this into 2 parts.

Paris was absolutely amazing. My family and I spent a whole week there which really allowed us to experience the city. I was told that most people spend at most 3 days in Paris just hopping from one tourist site to the next. By taking a whole week to "live" in this beautiful city, we were able to get a true sense of its spirit.

Needless to say, I fell in love. Take a look!

Iron work balconies & a view of the Eiffel Tower -- Could it get any better?

I became obsessed with French architecture. The US could use more of this :)

My parents at Sacre Coeur.

I spy a little blogger laying in a perfect reading spot.

Paris truly is filled with love! Casually passed a bride & groom on their wedding day.

My mom loved these little fruit stands.

The Louvre.

View from a boat tour.

82.1 tons of love.

Totally creeped on Parisians & their fashion every day. They make even the simplest things look chic!

Ballet flats & a Vespa. I can dig that.

Arc de Triomphe.

Notre Dame.

Luxembourg Gardens.

We found a market that had the cutest things! Love these distressed furniture pieces.

Unique way of displaying jewelry.

While in Paris, I kind of became Queen.

Papa K & I in the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles.

Casual Kohler selfie.

Exploring the Parisian streets.

Thinkin' hard.

Step in photographer for other couples.

So in love with this beautiful city. I can't wait to go back one day!

Where have you vacationed to recently? Where are you dying to go?!

Stay tuned for Part 2 of my time in Paris!
